There is no such thing as a free lunch!

Having plied my hosts with THREE tupes of wine last night, I was given the job of building up the log pile! Had just finished when a downpour hit us; and contiued as drizzle the rest of the afternoon.

Walked to the supermarché and passed the Chateau Mézièurs wine stall. So stopped and asked the difference between the 2 Roses. Was given a glass of theirs to try. Then a glass of red to try that! Ended up with a bottle of Rosé and their ” Method Traditionelle” ( i.e. methode champagnoise by another name).

Stopped off at the supermarket for dogfood, then came back to the campsite and has a double beer to watm me and the dogs up!
